Here is how selection will go on:

First Stage
Every week 50 blogs are selected on the basis of fames collected by the blogs. The selection process will continue up to 10 weeks and a total of 500 blogs will be finally selected. Then four groups will be made and they will be equally distributed among 4 jury.

Second Stage
In the second stage, jury will cut down the number to Top 20 on the basis of their quality.

Third Stage
