Have you ever faced a problem of cleaning your desktop from the overflowing shortcuts on it?

The answer is many a times YES. It becomes quite a headache to search for a shortcut on desktop if it is flooded with more than 60 icons. Here is a short trick which will let you manage your dump very easily in a short time.
Whenever you install a program on your computer, an icon is left on your computer desktop. And finally a day comes when you get big headache of managing your desktop shortcuts. The toolbar we are about to create looks neat and sits at the right side of task bar and is easily accessible anytime.
The Trick:
- Create a new folder on your desktop and name it as shortcuts or whatever you want.
- Create sub-folders in it and name them with different categories.
- Drag and drop the icons from your desktop into the proper category sub-folders in which the shortcut suits.
- After, throwing all the shortcuts in sub-folders, right click on the task bar i.e. (the bar at the right side of start menu)
- Go to “Toolbars” and then select “NewToolbar…”
- Now a small window is displayed. Select the folder you created in “Step 1″ i.e. Shortcuts
- Now press “Select Folder” Button.
- Now you are ready to enjoy a clean desktop and a sweet menu that sits at the corner of your screen and lets you manage your shortcuts very easily.
