		<description>I don't know where this post and these comments got their information, But that isn't what this does... Normally, Windows has some tasks that run when the computer has been idle for 15 minutes(No user interaction, 0% cpu usage.) and does them.
Running this won't clear your ram, All it will do is let those tasks run immidately, Rather then having to wait 15 minutes of idle time. For desktop users this isn't as useful, But for laptop users it is, Because of power management and whatnot.</description>

This command basically clears the unused files in your RAM which are left by some programs even if you have closed them. Finally you get more space in your RAM and it performs more faster.</description>
