No tech expert ever imagined that Yahoo (a leader company) will be overtaken by the OS king Microsoft. Microsoft has quoted a price of 44.6 billion dollars for Yahoo! Microsoft Live project did not make itself to gather some huge audience, but will this bring Microsoft back into Online world?

Well in case if this deals take place can anyone guess what will be the name of the new company? May be “Microsoft’s Yahoo!”. Anyway this will surely bring Microsoft back into Online-Social World (for sometime at least). Ever since Gmail was launched Yahoo Mail, Hotmail got a struggling competition.

Now if this happens, Microsoft may soon release a new Operating System or may include some more services in upcoming Vista service packs. Microsoft & Yahoo both own many common services like mail, etc. which will they have to merge together which will be a great challenge for both the teams. This process may take time and thus we hope new that only next upcoming OS from Microsoft will be launched with Yahoo Services support. But wait this will only when this deal takes place.

This deal may or may not bring Microsoft back into social field but will surely prove as an advantage to public.
